About The Role

As an MSLO, you'll be the friendly face of the Club, helping supporters with enquiries, gathering feedback and ensuring every fan enjoys a safe, welcoming and memorable matchday experience. Acting as a key link between Coventry City and its supporters, you'll work closely with fan groups, home and away supporters, and internal teams to help resolve issues and improve engagement.

What You'll Do

  • Welcome and assist supporters on matchdays.
  • Respond to fan enquiries, concerns and feedback.
  • Engage with supporter groups and visiting fans.
  • Escalate and help resolve supporter issues.
  • Promote the Club's values in a positive and professional manner.
  • Help create an inclusive, enjoyable and safe environment for all supporters.

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • A friendly, approachable and confident manner.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
  • Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude.
  • Knowledge of football and supporter culture is desirable.
  • Commitment to safeguarding, equality and inclusion.

Requirements

  • Must be aged 18 or over.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Available to work evenings, weekends and home matchdays
  • Must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
