Responsibilities

Exceptional Hospitality Starts with You

As a Receptionist in our welcoming team, your role is more than transactional—it’s about brightening someone’s day through warm experiences that leave a lasting impression.

Daily Duties Include:

  • Deliver a warm welcome:
    • Greet arriving guests
    • Complete check-in (verifying details, assigning rooms, issuing keys, and providing welcome/bell service tips)
  • Ensure efficient check-out:
    • Process departures (charges, payments, receipts, POS accuracy)
  • Provide expert knowledge:
    • Share comprehensive details on hotel services, room types, prices, promotions, and local area recommendations
  • Promote and upsell: -Recommend hotel amenities to boost room and service revenue
  • Delight guests through responsiveness:
    • Address requests promptly, resolve concerns with care, and manage all guest communications
