Responsibilities
Exceptional Hospitality Starts with You
As a Receptionist in our welcoming team, your role is more than transactional—it’s about brightening someone’s day through warm experiences that leave a lasting impression.
Daily Duties Include:
- Deliver a warm welcome:
- Greet arriving guests
- Complete check-in (verifying details, assigning rooms, issuing keys, and providing welcome/bell service tips)
- Ensure efficient check-out:
- Process departures (charges, payments, receipts, POS accuracy)
- Provide expert knowledge:
- Share comprehensive details on hotel services, room types, prices, promotions, and local area recommendations
- Promote and upsell: -Recommend hotel amenities to boost room and service revenue
- Delight guests through responsiveness:
- Address requests promptly, resolve concerns with care, and manage all guest communications
