Be part of the action, serving fans on matchdays at one of football’s most iconic venues. Legends Global is proud to be the official Food & Beverage partner at Arsenal FC, and we’re recruiting Casual Retail team members to work across food and drink kiosks at the iconic Emirates Stadium. This is a great opportunity to work Premier League matchdays and major stadium events on a flexible, casual basis, serving thousands of fans in a fast‑paced retail environment. The Role We’re looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and customer‑focused individuals who can work efficiently under pressure and deliver quick, friendly service. Retail staff play a vital role in keeping matchdays running smoothly by ensuring fans are served promptly, safely, and to a high standard. This role is ideal for those seeking flexible work that fits around other commitments. Key Responsibilities Serve food and beverages from kiosks to general admission customers Operate a cashless EPOS system to take orders and process payments accurately Prepare and portion food items in line with set standards Deliver fast, efficient service during peak matchday periods Maintain clean, tidy, and well‑stocked kiosk areas throughout shifts Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures Adhere to licensing laws and apply Challenge 25 where required Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to support smooth operations Please note: this position may require the preparation and handling of pork products. What we're looking for Previous retail, food service, or customer‑facing experience is desirable Confident interacting with customers in a busy environment Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure Strong teamwork and communication skills Able to work evenings, weekends, and high‑energy matchdays Reliable, punctual, and enthusiastic Able to commute to Emirates Stadium What's in it for you? Recruitment Process Outlined As part of the application, candidates will be asked to record a short video response to a couple of questions, allowing us to get to know you beyond your CV. Applications and videos will be reviewed by the Legends Global team, with successful candidates invited to an interview and induction at Emirates Stadium. This role is offered on a casual, event‑based basis, with evening and weekend work aligned to matchdays and stadium events. Any offer of employment will be subject to satisfactory pre‑employment checks. These may include verification of identity, proof of address, right to work, employment history, qualifications, and—where relevant to the role—a basic or enhanced DBS check. All checks will be carried out in line with data protection law and we will only request information that is necessary for the role.
