Casual Room Attendant – Housekeeping
Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group is seeking a Casual Room Attendant to join their iconic Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London—the city’s most celebrated luxury address.

Key Responsibilities
As a Casual Room Attendant, you will:
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness in all guest rooms, suiteness, and public areas—ensuring a warm, friendly, and comfortable environment for every guest.
- Stock and restore guest rooms to a pristine condition after service, including linens, toiletries, and refreshments.
- Assist in security measures to safeguard guest belongings, fostering confidence and trust.
- Identify damages or equipment faults by recording issues in work orders and presenting them to the Floor Manager for resolution.
- Collaborate with the team to uphold the reputation of the Mandarin Oriental name—embodying discipline, discretion, and professionalism.
- Flexibly support other housekeeping tasks as needed to ensure seamless guest operations.

Requirements
- Previous experience as a Room Attendant or similar role, particularly in a luxury hospitality setting, is advantageous.
- Exceptional attention to detail and pride in presentation—the way our guests perceive their rooms reflects on YOU.
- Strong ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain composure even during peak occupancy.
- Reliability and commitment to hospitality excellence—we prioritise authenticity and sincere guest care.
- Eligibility to work in the UK (valid right to work documentation required).
