About the location:

This beautiful grade II listed building and former HQ of the Port of London Authority has 100 rooms, 41 residential apartments of which 31 units are in a FS run transient rental program, a stunning ballroom which has hosted the inaugural Reception of the United Nations, 5 meeting rooms, a stunning destination spa with 8 treatment rooms, hammam, steam, sauna and swimming and vitality pool, and a fantastic Food and Beverage offering including Cooper's Cut (Modern Steakhouse), Mei Ume (Chinese/ Japanese cuisine) and Rotunda (all day dining, afternoon tea & bar)

Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge is seeking a Casual In Room Dining Waiter or Waitress to join our Food and Beverage team.
The role
As a Casual In Room Dining Waiter or Waitress, you will play an important role in creating memorable in room dining experiences for our guests.
You will deliver food and beverages to guest rooms, ensure every order is presented to the highest standard, and provide warm, professional service throughout every interaction. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy guest contact, work well independently, and take pride in delivering exceptional hospitality.
What You Will Do
- Deliver food and beverage orders to guest rooms professionally and efficiently
- Set up and present in room dining orders to Four Seasons standards
- Respond to guest requests with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Develop a strong understanding of menus, beverages, and hotel facilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of service and preparation areas
- Work closely with the kitchen and wider Food and Beverage team to ensure seamless service
- Ensure all billing and order procedures are completed accurately
- Uphold Four Seasons standards of quality, presentation, and guest care

What We Are Looking For
- Previous experience as a Waiter or Waitress within a hotel, restaurant, or hospitality environment is preferred
- Excellent personal presentation and attention to detail
- Strong communication and guest service skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Passion for food, beverage, and hospitality
- Positive attitude and team focused approach
- Right to Work in the UK
