About the Role

Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Experience
- Drive store sales towards targets – exceeding goals by offering a fantastic customer experience
- Provide clear, helpful product knowledge as part of a welcoming service
- Reflect and promote the happiness of customers in every interaction
Visual Merchandising & store presentation
- Maintain standards of our Visual Merchandising Team assistance tasks aligned with the Sports Direct brand identity
- Champion a high-quality retail environment to uphold the standard customers expect
Operations & Inventory
- Manage stock efficiently with processing, stock replacement and restocking
- Ensure product accuracy through price consistency and real-time inventory support
