About the Role
This is retail with momentum. Job Description
Your Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service: Greet customers warmly, assist with inquiries, and ensure a seamless purchasing experience from entry to checkout
- Enhance customer interactions: Engage proactively, promoting deals and upselling opportunities to drive sales
- Maintain high store standards: Keep the store floor tidy, well-stocked, and optimised for a smooth shopping experience
- Shelf management: Restock merchandise efficiently to meet customer demand and keep displays visually appealing
- Accurate transaction processing: Ring up purchases quickly and accurately
- Teamwork: Collaborate with fellow staff to meet daily sales and service targets, contributing to a positive retail environment
