What You’ll Do

Deliver luxury-savvy customer experience with precision and style:

  • Welcome every customer as if they’re entering an exceptional space—treating each interaction as unique
  • Ask insightful questions to understand needs, listen actively, then deliver stylish recommendations with confidence
  • Stay ahead of trends, collections, and brand nuances so every suggestion feels intentional
  • Bring to life promotions, loyalty incentives, and any little attention-to-detail extras that add value
  • Handle transactions fastidiously—accuracy and professionalism are a must
  • Maintain the shop floor at gallery standards—presentation is non-negotiable; sparkle matters
  • Start every morning by preparing the store for trading completely and aesthetically
  • Seize natural opportunities to suggest smart add-ons or alternatives without overstepping
  • Uphold Flannels’ service standard—consistently delivering refined, thoughtful, and unmistakably-first-class experiences
  • Follow all policies and procedures to maintain flawless standards
