What You’ll Do
As a Sales Assistant, your responsibilities include:
- Greeting and assisting customers with clarity and enthusiasm, guiding them to the right products
- Delivering outstanding service at every customer touchpoint, from entry to checkout
- Keeping the shop floor clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing
- Replenishing shelves and stock areas to ensure optimal customer experience
- Processing transactions efficiently and accurately
- Promoting ongoing promotions and identifying smart upsell opportunities
- Working collaboratively as a team to exceed daily sales and service targets
