What You’ll Do

As a Sales Assistant, your responsibilities include:

  • Greeting and assisting customers with clarity and enthusiasm, guiding them to the right products
  • Delivering outstanding service at every customer touchpoint, from entry to checkout
  • Keeping the shop floor clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing
  • Replenishing shelves and stock areas to ensure optimal customer experience
  • Processing transactions efficiently and accurately
  • Promoting ongoing promotions and identifying smart upsell opportunities
  • Working collaboratively as a team to exceed daily sales and service targets
