The Role: Sales Assistant

Job Description

What You’ll Do

  • Frontline customer service: Greet customers, answer inquiries, and guide them to the right products.
  • Exceptional service: Deliver a seamless experience from arrival to checkout.
  • Store upkeep: Keep the shop floor clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing.
  • Inventory management: Restock shelves and displays to optimise sales flow.
  • Transaction handling: Process payments quickly and accurately.
  • Promotions & upselling: Highlight offers and opportunities to enhance customers’ purchases.
  • Performance-driven teamwork: Help meet daily sales and service targets together.

Requirements

What You’ll Bring

  • Retail or customer service experience (a plus, but not essential—we train!)
