The Role: Sales Assistant

Job Description
What You’ll Do
- Frontline customer service: Greet customers, answer inquiries, and guide them to the right products.
- Exceptional service: Deliver a seamless experience from arrival to checkout.
- Store upkeep: Keep the shop floor clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing.
- Inventory management: Restock shelves and displays to optimise sales flow.
- Transaction handling: Process payments quickly and accurately.
- Promotions & upselling: Highlight offers and opportunities to enhance customers’ purchases.
- Performance-driven teamwork: Help meet daily sales and service targets together.
Requirements
