The Role: Sales Assistant
As a Sales Assistant at Sports Direct, you’ll be at the heart of our bustling retail operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers, answering queries, and creating seamless shopping experiences

Job Description
Responsibilities
As a Sales Assistant, you’ll take on the following key duties:
- Greet customers, address their inquiries, and assist them in finding the right products
- Provide exceptional service at every customer interaction—from store entry to checkout
- Maintain a neat, organised, and visually appealing store floor
- Ensure shelves and rails are consistently restocked and ready for new customers
- Process transactions efficiently and accurately
- Promote current promotions and identify opportunity moments to encourage further purchases
- Collaborate effectively with the team to achieve daily targets
