Job Description
What You’ll Do
- Customer service – Greet shoppers warmly, answer inquiries, and guide them to their ideal purchase.
- Exceptional service – Deliver outstanding experience from entry to checkout.
- Store maintenance – Keep the shop floor neat, stocked, and visually appealing.
- Shelf replenishment – Ensure products are readily available for customers.
- Accurate transactions – Handle sales efficiently and without error.
- Sales promotion – Highlight deals and suggest complementary products.
- Team collaboration – Contribute to hitting daily sales and service targets.
Qualifications & Attributes
- Positive attitude – Confident, friendly, and enthusiastic energy.
- Optional advantage – Prior retail or customer service experience (not required, but background knowledge strengthens your fit).
- Motivation & pride – Demonstrated dedication to excellence in daily tasks.
