Casual Sales Assistant

The Role: Sales Assistant

This isn't your average shop floor job. As a Sales Assistant at Flannels, you're the face of luxury retail: the first impression, the trusted stylist, the reason customers come back. You'll create moments that feel personal, polished, and effortlessly premium, from the second the doors open.

What You'll Do

Welcome every customer like they're walking into somewhere special, because they are. Ask the right questions, listen properly, and style with intent. Stay sharp on collections, brands, and trends so your recommendations land. Bring promotions, loyalty perks, and the little extras to life. Handle transactions with accuracy and confidence. Keep the shop floor looking flawless. Presentation is non-negotiable. Get the store trade-ready every morning through replenishment and prep. Spot the opportunity for an add-on or a smarter alternative, naturally. Deliver service that's consistent, considered, and unmistakably Flannels. Follow our policies and procedures. They're what keep the standard high.
