Sales Assistant

What You’ll Do
Welcome every customer as if they’re entering a bespoke experience, because at Flannels, excellence is both the ambition and the expectation.
- Quickly build rapport with customers by asking the right questions and listening deeply.
- Style confidently and intentionally—your recommendations need to feel genuine and informed.
- Stay ahead of the latest collections, brand nuances, and aesthetic trends—so your suggestions shine.
- Introduce promotions, loyalty programmes, those little extras that elevate a purchase into an exceptional memory.
- Transact smoothly—with absolute accuracy, professionalism, and even the subtlest touch of luxury.
- Keep the shop floor flawless. Presentation is a given here.
- Ensure your store is trade-ready daily: Market restocks, prep stations, and make minute details sparkle.
- Train your eye to spot sales opportunities: the perfect add-on or a smarter, more tailored suggestion—sharing it naturally.
