The Role: Sales Advisor

This is premium retail at its most personal. As a Sales Advisor at Frasers, you're the face of the brand, the trusted stylist, the reason customers come back. From a first impression at the door to a styling conversation across the floor, you'll create shopping experiences that feel considered, luxurious, and unmistakably Frasers.

Job Description

What You'll Do

  • Greet and engage every customer with confidence and warmth from the moment they walk in.
  • Offer first-contact solutions, whether that's directing to click-and-collect or checking additional stock.
  • Provide styling advice and product recommendations through active listening and strong product knowledge.
  • Step in to support nearby tills or departments to keep the customer journey seamless.
  • Keep visual presentation sharp and stock available through replenishment and stockroom upkeep.
  • Get involved in store events and activations, and share feedback to keep us improving.
  • Stay alert and compliant with store procedures to support loss prevention.
  • Follow health and safety standards at all times.
  • Represent Frasers to the highest standard, in service and in personal presentation.
