Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet customers, provide answers, and assist them in finding their ideal products.
- Service Excellence: Deliver outstanding service from store entry to checkout, ensuring every customer interaction is positive.
- Shopfloor Management: Maintain a tidy, well-stocked, and visually appealing floor.
- Replenishment: Ensure shelves and rails are constantly restocked for seamless customer flow.
- Transactions: Process sales efficiently and accurately at the till.
- Promotions & Sales: Upsell products and promote current offers effectively.
- Target Achievement: Collaborate to hit daily sales and service targets.
Requirements
We’re looking for people who bring:
- A confident, friendly, and resilient attitude.
- Retail or customer service experience (helpful but not mandatory—we provide training).
- Result-driven motivation with pride in your work.
- Flexibility and reliability, particularly during peak trading periods.
- Teamwork mentality—the pace rarely slows down; the best thrive here!
