About the location
Set in the heart of the City, overlooking Tower Bridge and the Tower of London, Tower Bridge is the starting point for discovering London’s historic past, alongside its exhilarating present. As impressive inside as out, this famous five-star hotel remains the centre of attention, as a new chapter begins in its history. This beautiful grade II listed building and former HQ of the Port of London Authority has 100 rooms, 41 residential apartments of which 31 units are in a FS run transient rental program, a stunning ballroom which has hosted the inaugural Reception of the United Nations, 5 meeting rooms, a stunning destination spa with 8 treatment rooms, hammam, steam, sauna and swimming and vitality pool, and a fantastic Food and Beverage offering including Cooper's Cut (Modern Steakhouse), Mei Ume (Chinese/ Japanese cuisine) and Rotunda (all day dining, afternoon tea & bar)

Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge is seeking a Casual Spa Attendant to join our team.
About the Spa
Located beneath one of London's most iconic buildings, The Spa at Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge offers a sanctuary in the heart of the City. Combining elegant design, world class facilities, and a carefully curated wellness experience, the Spa provides guests with an environment dedicated to relaxation, restoration, and wellbeing.
The role
As a Casual Spa Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the presentation, cleanliness, and organisation of all spa facilities. You will ensure guests enjoy a welcoming, comfortable, and immaculate environment throughout their visit.
This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in attention to detail, enjoys working as part of a team, and is passionate about delivering exceptional service within a luxury setting.
What you will do
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of changing rooms, relaxation areas, treatment rooms, fitness facilities, and pool areas
- Ensure all spa amenities, towels, and supplies are replenished throughout the day
- Prepare treatment rooms and guest areas to the highest standards
- Support the Spa team in delivering a seamless guest experience
- Respond to guest requests professionally and efficiently
- Maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times
- Assist with opening and closing procedures where required
- Ensure all spa areas remain organised, welcoming, and well maintained

What we are looking for
- A positive attitude and genuine passion for hospitality and service
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional presentation and a proactive approach
- Previous hospitality, spa, leisure, or customer service experience is preferred but not essential
- Good spoken and written English
- Right to Work in the UK
