About the Role

We’re looking for a Casual Spa Concierge to join our Spa & Wellness team.

Responsibilities

As a Casual Spa Concierge, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring a high standard of service is maintained throughout the Spa & Wellness departments.
  • Delivering a warm and friendly welcome to all guests, at all times.
    • Greeting all guests upon arrival
    • Providing tours of the property for new guests
    • Offering spa and room re-orientations for returning guests
  • Organizing appointment scheduling to:
    • Maximize time and profitability
    • Ensure that guest needs are of absolute priority
  • Interacting with guests courteously, answering all Spa and hotel-related questions
  • Completing all daily reception duties as trained by either:
    • The Spa & Wellness Manager
    • The Spa Reception & Reservations Manager
  • Collaborating to create and review SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) as assigned by either:
    • The Spa & Wellness Manager
    • The Spa Reception & Reservations Manager
  • Ensuring SOPs are adhered to at all times

Job Details

  • Role: Casual (part-time role)
  • Hours:
    • 39 hours per week
    • Rotating shift basis (Monday to Sunday)
    • Requires flexibility for morning, afternoon, weekend, and bank holiday shifts

Requirements

To help us deliver the exceptional, we need candidates with:

  • Preferred: Experience within a luxury spa environment or reception experience in a comparable setting
  • Experience is a passion for service excellence and exceeding guest expectations
  • A strong understanding of systems and IT technology
  • Ability to:
    • Work effectively in a team environment
    • Communicate clearly in both written and verbal contexts
  • Desirable but not essential: Previous experience in a 5-star spa or hotel
