About the Role
We’re looking for a Casual Spa Concierge to join our Spa & Wellness team.

Responsibilities
As a Casual Spa Concierge, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring a high standard of service is maintained throughout the Spa & Wellness departments.
- Delivering a warm and friendly welcome to all guests, at all times.
- Greeting all guests upon arrival
- Providing tours of the property for new guests
- Offering spa and room re-orientations for returning guests
- Organizing appointment scheduling to:
- Maximize time and profitability
- Ensure that guest needs are of absolute priority
- Interacting with guests courteously, answering all Spa and hotel-related questions
- Completing all daily reception duties as trained by either:
- The Spa & Wellness Manager
- The Spa Reception & Reservations Manager
- Collaborating to create and review SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) as assigned by either:
- The Spa & Wellness Manager
- The Spa Reception & Reservations Manager
- Ensuring SOPs are adhered to at all times

Job Details
- Role: Casual (part-time role)
- Hours:
- 39 hours per week
- Rotating shift basis (Monday to Sunday)
- Requires flexibility for morning, afternoon, weekend, and bank holiday shifts
Requirements
To help us deliver the exceptional, we need candidates with:
- Preferred: Experience within a luxury spa environment or reception experience in a comparable setting
- Experience is a passion for service excellence and exceeding guest expectations
- A strong understanding of systems and IT technology
- Ability to:
- Work effectively in a team environment
- Communicate clearly in both written and verbal contexts
- Desirable but not essential: Previous experience in a 5-star spa or hotel
