Casual Starbucks Barista
We have a fantastic opening for a Casual Starbucks Barista to join our Starbucks Team.
NEC you will be working at the UK's largest event space and number one exhibition venue. Home to your favorite shows and voted for the AEO venue of the year 4 times, we host over 500 events each year, welcoming 2.3 million visitors and over 45,000 exhibiting companies!
About The Role
Join us as a casual Starbucks Barista and bring your passion for customer service to life. You'll create handcrafted beverages, deliver exceptional service, and help make our store a welcoming third place for the community. Every shift is about genuine connections - brightening someone's day, learning their favorite drink, and working as part of a supportive team.
What You'll Do
- Greet customers, take orders, and provide exceptional service.
- Prepare and serve Starbucks beverages to company standards.
- Keep workstations and equipment clean and hygienic.

About You
- Previous coffee shop or customer service experience preferred.
- Passion for delivering legendary customer service and building genuine connections.
- Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible with early mornings, evenings, nights, and weekends.
- Quick learner with a positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and commitment to growth.
