The Role: Stockroom Assistant
This is the role that keeps the Flannels experience flawless. As a Stockroom Assistant, you're the engine behind every sale, making sure deliveries land cleanly, stock is exactly where it needs to be, and the shop floor never falls short of the standard our customers expect. Luxury retail runs on precision, and that's where you'll make your mark.

Job Description
What You'll Do
- Receive and process deliveries accurately and efficiently (6:30am start required)
- Organise stockroom areas to company standards so nothing slows the team down.
- Support replenishment and keep the shop floor full, tidy, and trade-ready.
- Assist with stock counts and inventory checks.
- Maintain health and safety, cleanliness, and compliance across all stock areas.
- Work with the wider store team to meet business needs.
- Flex to changing priorities during busy trade periods.
Qualifications
What You'll Bring
- Sharp attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a real work ethic.
- The composure to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort working both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility with availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Stockroom, warehouse, or back-of-house retail experience is a bonus, but not essential.
