What You’ll Do
As a Support Worker at AFG, you’ll support people in achieving their goals and living as independently as possible. This could be:
- In their own homes
- In community-based services
- In Adult Care Homes or Independent Hospitals
Every person we support has a personalised plan focused on their needs and aspirations.
