Qualifications Required
You will need an STA/ASA Level 2 Swimming Teachers Qualification to apply for this position.
Responsibilities
As a Swimming Teacher you will be responsible for:
- Delivering private swimming lessons as part of the Swim School pathway.
- Maintaining records.
- Supervising customers using the pool.
Skills and Experience Required
You must have:
- Experience of class organisation and control.
- Confidence in dealing with adults and children.
- Strong communication skills and customer service skills.
- Ability to work on your own initiative and motivate others.
- Excellent customer care skills along with knowledge and understanding of Health and Safety procedures.
