As a Casual Waiter/Waitress at The Hansom, you will deliver exceptional table service by following these key principles:

Responsibilities
- Deliver efficient, friendly, and consistent table service across all shifts.
- Serve food and beverages to the highest standards in terms of quality, presentation, and service.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and licensing regulations.
- Support stock control by minimising waste and reporting inventory shortages.
- Upsell products through strong product knowledge and engaging guest interactions.
- Participate in promotional activities and seasonal menus.
- Ensure menus and recommendations are accurately communicated to guests.
- Maintain tables and service areas in a clean, organised, and ready-for-service state.
- Accurate order taking, billing, and transaction handling for smooth service.
- Provide warm, attentive, and engaging hospitality, supplemented with detailed menu knowledge.
- Collaborate with the restaurant and hotel teams to uphold professionalism and a positive work culture.
