What you’ll be doing… As a Waiting Person, you will provide excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guests have an enjoyable dining experience. You will work closely with kitchen and bar staff to deliver prompt, friendly, and efficient service. Greet and seat customers warmly and professionally Take food and drink orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen/bar team Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation standards are met Attend to customer needs and respond to enquiries or special requests Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area and service stations Process payments and handle cash or card transactions when required Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow Assist with setup and closing duties as needed Working Pattern: As and when required (Thursday - Sunday) Salary: £12.71 per hour Job ID: 6129 What can you bring? Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is an advantage Friendly and approachable manner with excellent communication skills Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment Good attention to detail and organisational skills Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn Basic numeracy skills for handling payments Knowledge of food safety and hygiene best practices Flexibility to work varied shifts Brilliant Work Deserves Brilliant Perks!
