Our Wandsworth Day Nursery and Preschool is seeking an enthusiastic Early Years Assistant to play a key role in caring for, supporting, and inspiring our children—encouraging curiosity and helping them thrive every day.

Responsibilities
You will:
- Be a positive role model to uphold Grandir UK values
- Ensure equality of access and opportunity for staff, parents, and children
- Supervise and support children at all times
- Contribute to a welcoming, attractive environment
- Prepare and supervise activities under Level 3 Qualified Practitioners’ guidance
- Read, understand, and implement all company policies and operational practices
- Adhere to compliance/timelines for policy updates
- Ensure nursery practice/provision aligns with Early Years Foundation Stage standards
- Report any concerns/issues about policies/procedures to your line manager
- Maintain a positive attitude with children, parents, visitors, and colleagues
- Uphold confidentiality where required
- Attend staff meetings, planning sessions, and training
