About the Role Our Wandsworth Day Nursery and Preschool is seeking a caring and enthusiastic Early Years Assistant.

You’ll help shape our children’s daily experiences by:

What’s Expected?

Key Responsibilities

  • Set and uphold Grandir UK values as a practices-oriented role model
  • Ensure equal access and opportunities for all staff, parents, and children
  • Supervise children at all times
  • Maintain an attractive, welcoming environment
  • Help prepare/plaid under Level 3 Practitioners’ guidance
  • Fully implement company policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Train in Early Years Foundation Stage compliance
  • Escalate any policy compliance concerns to your line manager
  • Foster a positive attitude with children, parents, colleagues, and visitors
  • Maintain confidentiality
  • Attend meetings, training, and planning sessions as required
