About the Role Our Wandsworth Day Nursery and Preschool is seeking a caring and enthusiastic Early Years Assistant.
You’ll help shape our children’s daily experiences by:

What’s Expected?
Key Responsibilities
- Set and uphold Grandir UK values as a practices-oriented role model
- Ensure equal access and opportunities for all staff, parents, and children
- Supervise children at all times
- Maintain an attractive, welcoming environment
- Help prepare/plaid under Level 3 Practitioners’ guidance
- Fully implement company policies, procedures, and best practices
- Train in Early Years Foundation Stage compliance
- Escalate any policy compliance concerns to your line manager
- Foster a positive attitude with children, parents, colleagues, and visitors
- Maintain confidentiality
- Attend meetings, training, and planning sessions as required
