Early Years Assistant – Kiddi Caru Nursery, Exeter
Employer: Part of Grandir UK Salary: £12.71 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications, with regular pay reviews) Location: Sovton, Exeter

Your Responsibilities
You’ll work closely with our lead practitioners to:
- Provide a positive role model, embodying Grandir UK’s core values
- Ensure equality of access and opportunity for all children, parents, and staff
- Supervise, care for, and engage with children at all times
- Support activities under the guidance of Level 3 qualified practitioners (e.g., meal prep, outings, play plans)
- Uphold Early Years Foundation Stage standards and company policies
- Attend staff meetings, training, and planning sessions
- Maintain confidentiality and report concerns to your manager
- Promote a welcoming, inclusive environment for all

Requirements
- Eager to learn and adaptable in a fast-paced, child-centred setting
- Enhanced DBS check required (managed by our approved third-party provider)
- Safeguarding awareness a must—essential to uphold children’s welfare
