First Mile is a leading recycling company in London, collecting and recycling waste from over 30,000 customers daily. We are a forward thinking recycling company with a zero to landfill policy and continue to be London's only BCORP certified waste management company. Role Overview: This role will involve you visiting customers on your allocated round and collecting the refuse. You will then mark off the collections on our state-of-the-art app, which will also help provide you with the most efficient routes, before coming back to the yard to finish. You will also get the opportunity to obtain your HGV license through our academy program, helping take the next step in your driving career.

Shift Pattern:
- Monday to Friday. Each shift is 9 hours of work plus a 45 minute unpaid break
- Rounds start anytime between 5pm and 9pm depending on the round you are assigned
- Valid UK Driving license with 6 points or less
- Happy with frequent heavy lifting and time on feet
- Experience working night shifts (desirable)
- Experience working in a similar role
- Experience driving in a city (London is preferable)
- Right to work in the UK
- Good understanding of English
