- £1.61 for hours worked between 7pm – 10pm
- £1.95 for hours worked between 10pm – 6am
About the Role

Responsibilities
As a FedEx Courier, your key responsibilities will include:
- Representing FedEx professionally to customers by picking up and delivering packages courteously.
- Operating FedEx vehicles on defined routes, ensuring packages are delivered safely, legally, and on time.
- Maintaining excellent attention to detail when completing paperwork and adhering to company policies.
- Ensuring compliance with all FedEx Health & Safety regulations while operating vehicles in various postcodes and external conditions.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should:
Essential Criteria:
- Be a reliable team player who can adapt to changing conditions.
- Have a strong customer focus, excellent communications skills, and an energetic attitude.
- Possess a valid driving licence for the assigned vehicle type.
- Be capable of commercial driving, including dealing with external driving conditions.
Advantageous Criteria:
- At least 2+ years’ driving experience.
- Some basic geographical knowledge to navigate routes effectively.
- Previous commercial driving experience (though not essential).
