Senior Category Manager: Drinks (White Claw) · UK Retail & Pan-European

Mark Anthony Brands is building something seriously ambitious in the UK—becoming the total drinks player, not just in ready-to-drink, but across all relevant channels. They’re seeking the right strategic mind to own UK retail, positioning them as category leaders and securing shelf space for innovations like White Claw.

About the Role

You won’t just crunch numbers—you’ll build real relationships, translate what retailers truly want into actionable strategies, and push for more shelf space and influence in a competitive market.

  • Reporting to the Off Trade Sales Director, you’ll collaborate with marketing and commercial teams to craft winning stories that resonate in both UK grocery and emerging pan-European markets.
  • A role balancing strategy, commercial execution, and hands-on collaboration—no corporate distance here.
  • Based primarily in London (3 days a week) for in-person engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Category & Market Leadership

  • Drive listings and distribution growth for established and emerging RTD brands across major UK grocers.
  • Develop data-backed category strategies that drive actual market change, not just incremental shifts.
  • Monitor trends in shopper behaviour, competitor moves, and retailer priorities—and ensure internal teams act on insights.
  • Own analytics and reporting, delivering insights so decisive they shape future strategy and investment.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
