We're recruiting a Category Buyer to join one of the UK's fastest-growing retail and wholesale businesses. With ambitious plans to reach £350m turnover by 2031, this is an exciting opportunity to join a commercial team where you'll have real autonomy, ownership, and genuine opportunities to progress.
The Role
You'll manage your own grocery and non-food category, taking responsibility for:
- Building and developing supplier relationships
- Negotiating pricing and commercial agreements
- Managing promotions, margins, and product performance
- Identifying new commercial opportunities
- Stock ordering and category planning
- Working closely with internal teams to deliver growth

Category experience isn't essential, we're looking for someone with strong commercial instincts, excellent relationship-building skills, and the drive to make an impact.
What We're Looking For
- Buying experience within Retail, Wholesale, or FMCG
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously
- Commercially minded and eager to develop
- Organised, proactive, and relationship-focused
