Category Buyer

£35,000-£40,000 + 8% Bonus + Hybrid Working (2–3 days office)

We're recruiting a Category Buyer to join one of the UK's fastest-growing retail and wholesale businesses. With ambitious plans to reach £350m turnover by 2031, this is an exciting opportunity to join a commercial team where you'll have real autonomy, ownership, and genuine opportunities to progress.

The Role

You'll manage your own grocery and non-food category, taking responsibility for:

  • Building and developing supplier relationships
  • Negotiating pricing and commercial agreements
  • Managing promotions, margins, and product performance
  • Identifying new commercial opportunities
  • Stock ordering and category planning
  • Working closely with internal teams to deliver growth
