At Levercliff, we help food and drink businesses build better businesses. As Category Director, you'll be at the forefront of our client partnerships—leading key accounts, shaping commercial strategy, uncovering growth opportunities, and turning insight into action. You'll combine category expertise, commercial acumen, and compelling storytelling to help clients win with their customers, grow their brands, and stay ahead of the competition.
This is a highly visible leadership role where you'll own client relationships from strategy through to delivery. You'll challenge thinking, inspire action through impactful presentations, ensure every project delivers measurable value, and play a key role in shaping Levercliff's future growth. Alongside developing existing accounts, you'll identify new business opportunities, contribute to our marketing efforts through thought leadership and personal initiative, and help drive our reputation as trusted category experts in the UK, Ireland, and the rest of Europe.

We're looking for a smart, confident, and commercially driven FMCG professional with a passion for food and drink. With several years' experience in category and commercial roles, you'll be equally comfortable analysing complex data, influencing senior stakeholders, and coaching others to succeed. If you love solving problems, challenging the status quo, and making a real impact for clients, we'd love to hear from you.

We are open to the right candidate working remotely, depending on proximity to the office. There will be travel with regular team meetings at our Wrexham office, and also for client-facing meetings.
