If the answer is yes - then look no further as Church & Dwight UK Ltd have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Category Manager working across our Beauty, Oral & Personal Care Brands. The role is based at our London Euston office with hybrid working available.
As Category Manager, you will lead all aspects of Category Development, owning category reviews, shopper insights and data-led recommendations. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing and Shopper Marketing teams to develop compelling channel and retailer plans across brands and customers. This role is pivotal in driving category growth and maximising sales performance across our UK customer base.

Key Responsibilities include:
- Identify and develop actionable category and shopper data insights to drive growth
- Formulate customer strategies, tactics and supporting trade plans in partnership with Sales
- Ensure customer plans align with brand, category and retailer strategies
- Own day-to-day management of the Circana database
- Deliver continuous and ad-hoc analysis using Circana data sources
- Build high-impact customer presentations for range reviews, including product, space and merchandising recommendations
- Develop and execute category management plans across UK retailers
- Ensure best-in-class execution and post-activity review in collaboration with the Shopper Marketing Manager
- Utilise a variety of sources to glean insights to support trade deck creation & category strategy development
- Develop instore planograms and instore merchandising recommendations
The ideal candidate should be educated to degree level and have a minimum of 5 years' experience in Category Management, ideally within FMCG. You should possess strong numerical and analytical capability and be comfortable working with granular data. Have proven experience using Circana and Kantar data. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a collaborative, cross-functional working style. Be able to demonstrate advanced Microsoft Office Skills. Solid experience in Category Management and Shopper Insight, with the ability to turn insight into creative, effective retail solutions. Have strong knowledge of the UK retail landscape, with experience working with major multiples and high street retailers, particularly Boots and Superdrug.
