Job Description

Category Manager - High Street, Forecourts & Convenience

Slough (Head Office)

Please note that this is not a Procurement role.

We operate a dynamic working model built on trust, choice, and balance. Colleagues typically connect in person 3 days per week, as we know the best ideas and relationships grow when we collaborate side by side.

We also offer Dynamic Friday Hours, giving colleagues the opportunity to flex their time and finish early on a Friday, where the role allows.

Join our snack-loving team

We’re looking for a Category Manager to join us at KP Snacks. If you’re ready to bring your ideas to the table, grow your skills, and be part of a team that values what makes you, you – this could be your next big move.

About The Role

We’re looking for a confident and collaborative Category Manager to join our Marketing function and help shape the future of snacking across High Street, Forecourts, and Convenience. In this role, you’ll develop insight-led category solutions that grow the category and strengthen KP Snacks’ physical availability. You’ll bring the voice of the customer into our business, championing shopper needs, and guiding our decision-making.

You’ll work closely with colleagues across Category, Sales, and Marketing to deliver strategic category plans, embed our Impulse Category Vision, and support the development of customer-facing materials. This is a great opportunity to make a real impact in a fast-paced, supportive environment, and to help drive our mission to bring great-tasting snacks to more people, in more moments.

What’s in it for you?

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
