Category Manager - Professional Workwear & PPE

Are you a commercially driven Category Manager with a passion for workwear and PPE?

Looking for a role where you can own the full product lifecycle, influence innovation, and bring high-quality, compliant products to market?

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our growing team as Category Manager - Professional Workwear & PPE.


The Impact You Will Have

As Category Manager, you will take full ownership of the Professional Workwear range, driving the briefing, development, sourcing, and buying strategy. Your work will:

  • Directly influence product performance
  • Ensure ranges are delivered on time, to target margin, and with the highest quality standards
  • Maintain compliance with PPE regulations and certification requirements
  • Shape commercially successful ranges

Who You Are

To excel in this role, you will bring:

  • Proven experience within workwear, PPE, or uniform categories, ideally within a brand, distributor, or wholesaler
  • A strong understanding of PPE regulations, standards, and certification processes
  • Experience in:
    • Submitting PPE technical files
    • Analysing test reports
  • A commercial eye for design, with the ability to balance innovation and cost
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high standards
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience working cross-functionally and with international teams (including Asia)
  • The ability to manage the full product lifecycle, from concept to launch
  • Confidence in presenting ideas at key milestones, including range reviews and product launches
