About the Company

Healf is Europe's fastest-growing company, ranked #1 on the FT1000 and #1 on the Sifted 100. Having scaled from £1m to over £100m in under three years, Healf is now targeting £1bn in revenue over the next three years. Operating with a small, talent-dense team and a dynamic culture, Healf curates the world's best wellbeing brands across The Four Pillars™: EAT, MOVE, MIND, SLEEP.

Now entering a transformative phase, Healf is expanding from a single market and e-commerce model to a multi-market technology platform, redefining rather than just curating wellbeing. Aiming to redesign what wellbeing means for millions, the company is embedding its identity as a health-focused business.

The Role: Senior Category Director – Wellness Technology

Wellness Technology is one of Healf’s highest-priority categories, characterised by high rewards, high volatility, and a strong reliance on the strength of commercial relationships. As Senior Category Director, you will lead the strategy and execution of a growing portfolio of approximately 90 Wellness Technology brands, managing:

  • Brand relationships – UK and EU-wide, ensuring partners feel managed with credibility, transparency, and a genuine interest in their success.
  • Commercial performance – Revenue, profit margins, and operational efficiency across the collection, using proactive data analysis to anticipate opportunities.
  • Forecasting & inventory – Demand signal analysis, safety stock strategies, and replenishment decisions for a price-sensitive, volatile category.
  • Growth strategy – Collaboration with brands to align with Healf and UK/EU regional objectives.
  • Market intelligence – Scanning health and wellness trends to inform assortment and partnership decisions.
  • Internal alignment – Working across brand, operations, and growth teams to optimise portfolio health, identifying blockers and driving alignment.

This is not a transactional account management role but a strategic, operational leadership position where brands rely on you to act as trusted advisors, strategists, and advocates—not just transaction handlers.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
