Category Manager - Wellness Technology
Senior Wellness Technology Category Manager
Healf is Europe's fastest-growing company.
Number one on the FT1000, number one on the Sifted 100. From £1m to over £100m in under three years, with a small, talent-dense team and an electric culture with day-one founder intensity. Now we're aiming for £1bn in the next three.
Our Vision
We curate the world's best wellbeing brands across The Four Pillars™: EAT, MOVE, MIND, SLEEP. That’s the first chapter.
The next chapter is harder and more interesting. We are moving from one market to many, from e-commerce to a technology platform, and from curating wellbeing to defining it. We are a health company, so we think we should act like one.
At full expression, Healf redefines what wellbeing means for tens of millions of people.
The Role
Wellness Technology is one of Healf’s highest-stakes markets—high reward, high volatility, and deeply dependent on the strength of the commercial relationships.
You will:
- Manage a portfolio of ~90 (and growing) Wellness Technology brands.
- Own the relationships, commercial performance, inventory management, forecasting, success strategies—all facets of this category.
- This is not a traditional account management role. You are here not just to collaborate, but to drive ownership, share expertise, and truly partner with brands.
- Work across multiple markets, starting with the UK and EU, as we scale globally.
- Operate across operations, growth, and marketing to ensure brands stay at the forefront at all times—because when a brand grows, we grow.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

About You

- Natural relationship builder — authentically valuable. You earn trust through preparation, follow-through, and deep work, not just charm.
- Commercially curious — unstoppable when it comes to analysing brand performance numbers. Why? Because you naturally care.
- Comfortable with ambiguity — purposeful in ambiguity. When no data is perfect, you build models anyway, triangulate signals, and make informed decisions.
- Experience in commercial, brand partnership, or category roles—ideally in health, wellness, or consumer tech.
- Genuine data literacy — you find stories in numbers, not just interpret reports.
- Strategic operational thinking — you can handle multiple accounts without losing focus.
- Clear, direct communication — blunt but constructive.
- Continuous interest in health and wellness — not as a marketing pivot, but as a lived experience and a core driver for decision-making.
What You Will Own
- Relationships — Day-to-day management, brand concerns, franchise choices. You’ll be brands’ primary point of contact at Healf. Trust must be tangible, earned, and maintained.
- Commercial performance — driving revenue, margins, and operational efficiency across your portfolio—leveraging sales, inventory, and pricing insights to unlock opportunities.
- Forecasting & inventory — mastering demand signals, dynamic stock planning, and replenishment logic in a volatile, price-sensitive category. You will design and iterate forecasting systems.
- Growth strategy — working side-by-side with brands to map Healf and UK/EU objectives, aligning them to their growth ambitions, creating coordinated plans.
- Market intelligence — always scanning trends and demands in wellness and consumer tech. Feeding insights directly into product strategy and brand partnership decisions.
- Internal collaboration — from lower ops, to brand growth, to marketing. Removing barriers to capture momentum and growth—aligning teamwork with brand success.
