This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Category professional looking to take the next step in their career, working closely with key UK retailers and playing a pivotal role in shaping category strategies across our portfolio.
You’ll be part of a high-performing Category and Insights team recognised for delivering results through analytical excellence and strategic thinking. Be part of creating meaningful growth for both our business and our retail partners.
This role is based at our Weybridge office with the option to work from home up to one day per week based on business need. Candidates must be able to work onsite at our Weybridge Office a minimum of 4 days per week.
Work pattern: Monday–Friday, 37 hours per week.
YOU’LL MAKE CONTRIBUTIONS THAT MATTER BY…
Partnering with key UK retailers providing category management expertise across a variety of areas (product, pricing, promotions, range and merchandising…) Leading strategic projects both externally and internally such as Range Reviews, NPD Launches and Category Strategies Building strong, credible relationships with retail partners and cross-functional teams Translating complex data into compelling, actionable insights that drive growth

YOU’RE BEST SUITED FOR THE ROLE IF YOU …
Have experience in Category Management with a strong record of success, and are motivated to develop further Are confident building relationships with retailers and internal stakeholders Can demonstrate strong analytical capability, using data to influence decisions and tell compelling stories Have experience working with major data sources (e.g. Circana/IRI, Nielsen, Kantar/Numerator, retailer systems) Thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same Bring a proactive, hands-on mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
