Grant Sports Organisation Limited is seeking experienced Category One Academy Coaches to support our growing Elite Development & Showcase Programme. This is an exciting opportunity to work with talented young footballers in a high-performance environment, preparing and leading elite squads in fixtures against professional academies across the UK.
We're Looking For Coaches With:
- Current or previous experience within a Category One Academy.
- UEFA coaching qualifications (preferred).
- A strong understanding of elite youth player development.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- A passion for developing young players and creating positive learning environments.

The Role Includes:
- Planning and delivering high-quality training sessions.
- Managing elite squads during academy fixtures.
- Supporting player development and performance reviews.
- Working alongside scouts and football professionals.
- Contributing to the growth of the Grant Sports Elite Development & Showcase Programme.
