Company Description General Catering Assistant Location: Felton Fleet Hours: 40 hours per week 7am - 15.30 Rate: £12.71 per hour Contract: Permanent- Term Time Key Responsibilities: Assisting in the preparation of food and snacks and serving meals. Supporting hospitality services as required. Ensuring kitchen and dining areas are kept clean and tidy at all times. Providing a friendly, efficient, and hygienic service to students, staff, and guests. Collaborating with team members and undertaking duties in the kitchen and service areas to ensure smooth operations. Ensuring kitchen and dining areas are kept clean and tidy at all times. Providing a friendly, efficient, and hygienic service to students, staff, and guests. Collaborating with team members and undertaking duties in the kitchen and service areas to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications Experience in a catering or food service environment is desirable but not essential. Basic understanding of food hygiene and safety practices (Level 1 Food Safety Certificate is a plus). Strong teamwork and communication skills. A friendly, customer-focused attitude. Ability to maintain cleanliness and organisation in a fast-paced environment.
