Catering Assistant

Yeatman Hospital is looking for a dedicated Catering Assistant to join our friendly catering team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring that our patients, staff, and visitors receive high-quality meals in a clean and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

  • Preparing and serving meals to patients, staff, and visitors.
  • Assisting with basic food preparation whilst maintaining the standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas.
  • Washing up and general cleaning duties, following food safety regulations and hospital policies whilst providing excellent customer service.

Working Hours

Every Week

  • Monday 10:30 am – 6:00pm
  • Wednesday 9:00 am– 3:00pm
  • Thursday 10:30 am– 6:00pm

Every other weekend

  • Saturday 10.30am – 6:00pm
  • Sunday 10.30am – 6:00pm

This is a part-time post of 28 hours per week. The post holder may be required to work flexibly to meet the needs of the service.
