Catering Assistant
Porsche Experience Centre

The Porsche Experience Centre is synonymous with excellence, precision and exceptional customer experiences. We are seeking a polished and enthusiastic Catering Assistant to support the delivery of outstanding food and beverage service to our guests, customers and corporate clients.

The Role
As a Catering Assistant, you will play an integral part in creating memorable dining experiences that reflect the premium standards of the Porsche brand. Working alongside a dedicated hospitality team, you will ensure that every guest receives exceptional service in a sophisticated and welcoming environment.
Shift patterns are variable and may include weekdays, evenings and weekends depending on business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of high-quality food and beverages.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to guests, visitors and corporate clients.
- Maintain immaculate food displays and service areas that reflect the premium nature of the venue.
- Support front-of-house operations, including serving customers and processing transactions efficiently.
- Ensure the highest standards of food safety, hygiene and cleanliness are consistently maintained.
- Adhere to all Health & Safety policies and procedures.
- Contribute positively to a collaborative team environment, supporting colleagues to deliver a seamless guest experience.
- Take pride in representing both the Porsche Experience Centre and our hospitality team with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Previous experience within hospitality, catering, restaurants, hotels, events or premium customer service environments would be advantageous, although a positive attitude and willingness to learn are equally important.
