PERMANENT CONTRACT

WORKING PART-TIME: 29 HOURS PER WEEK

TERM-TIME ONLY: WORKING 38 WEEKS PER YEAR

SALARY: £15,885.20 PER ANNUM (SALARY WILL BE PRO-RATAD FROM YOUR START DATE UNTIL THE END OF THE CURRENT ACADEMIC YEAR.)

St Helens College and Knowsley Community College are looking to recruit a highly skilled and experienced Catering Assistant, to support the Catering Operations department, at Knowsley Community College Campus, on Stockbridge Lane, Huyton.

The Days And Hours Are Below

  • Monday - Thursday: 07:30 – 14:40

Your role will be to work within the food hall serving food and drink and carry out pot wash duties. This is an exciting role and an excellent opportunity to work in a friendly and lively atmosphere.

Flexibility is essential, as the hours of work are variable including evenings and weekends.

Previous experience working in a similar role would be desirable but is not essential.

The Successful Candidate Must

  • Have relevant experience of working within catering and hospitality setting
  • Hold a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate is preferable
  • Have the ability to work under your own initiative
  • Have GCSE Maths and English (A*-C)
