An exciting opportunity has arisen to join award-winning Derbyshire Catering Service. Are you passionate about food and enjoy working as part of a team?
We are currently recruiting for two Catering Assistant positions to work as a valued member of our dedicated kitchen team. You will be supporting the kitchen supervisor in all areas of the service.

You will be working in a busy production kitchen assisting with the preparation, cooking and service of the break and lunch time meals to a large number of pupils. Possible tasks include:
- Food preparation
- Cooking
- Portion control
- Allergen compliance
- Preparing the dining room for service
Our Catering Assistants are our point of contact with our hungry customers. You will be required to maintain all hygiene standards in the unit and have a good customer service approach.

Successful completion of the NVQ food hygiene certificate will be required upon appointment.
