Customer Services Assistant – Zero Hours (Permanent Casual - 0 hours per week)
As a Customer Services Assistant – Zero Hours, you’ll ensure smooth operations in our Defence site on a flexible zero-hours contract. Yours is a role where you can deliver high-quality experiences, embrace variety, and see real impact—from behind the counter and into the heart of our teams.
What Will Your Day Look Like?
- Shift pattern: Approximately 3 days per week (adjusting as required).
- Dedicated to maintaining high standards across Domestic Purchasing, Catering Operations, and Food Service.
Key Responsibilities
You’ll deploy your skills to deliver exceptional standards across:
- Food service excellence
- Preparing delicious, high-quality meals that delight customers.
- Crafting eye-catching food and counter displays to drive engagement.
- Brand representation
- Proudly embodying our positive brand image of excellence in service.
- Efficient transaction handling
- Operating cash registers with precision and professionalism.
- Food safety & hygiene
- Compliance with highest Food Handling & Hygiene standards.
- Operational integrity
- Ensuring Health & Safety compliance and a safe work environment.
