- Designing bespoke, end-to-end dining experiences for each VistaJet flights, ensuring menus align with individual customer preferences while contributing to a seamless “home away from home” experience;
- Developing menu proposals that are based on known customer preferences, customer feedback from previous flights, while adhering to budgetary procedures;
- Maintaining high quality control standards, instilling a high degree of attention to detail to ensure that catering for all flights meets VistaJet’s standards;
- Managing supplier pricing data within internal systems, ensuring accuracy, timely updates, and alignment with agreed commercial terms;
- Overseeing the full financial lifecycle of catering orders, including purchase order creation, invoice verification and reconciliation;
- Maintaining detailed and accurate records of orders, supplier communications, invoices, and issue resolution within internal systems;
- Properly logging and escalating all issues or feedback within our in-house system, with the suppliers or other with other VistaJet departments;
- Communicating with our Cabin Hostesses before each flight to ensure all catering has been received and is of sufficient standard;
- Building and maintaining strong supplier relationships while ensuring compliance with VistaJet’s financial, contractual, and service standards;
- Quickly resolving day-to-day issues with suppliers.

Required Skills, Qualifications, And Experience
- Strong understanding of financial processes, including budgeting, cost control, invoicing, and reconciliation;
- Experience managing supplier relationships, ideally within food & beverage, luxury hospitality, aviation, or a similarly fast-paced environment;
- Good knowledge of multiple international cuisines and dietary requirements that will enable to you create tailor-made menus;
- Experience in the food and beverage industry, gained within an innovative and/or upmarket hotel or restaurant;
- Impeccable attention to detail that will ensure that on-board catering is always of an excellent standard;
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to remain calm and effective under pressure in a fast-moving environment;
- You possess an excellent standard of written and spoken English;
- You’re prepared to work flexible hours, including weekends and/or public holidays and evenings;
- A competent user of Microsoft Office programmes, including Outlook, Excel and Word, and web-based systems and search engines.
