Contract: 20 hours per week

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the provision of nutritious, well-balanced meals for service users.
- Plan menus, order food supplies, and oversee meal preparation and service.
- Coordinate the delivery of meals three times per day.
- Deliver cooking classes that promote independent living skills and budget-friendly meal planning.
- Ensure kitchen facilities, food storage, and stock management comply with Food Hygiene, Fire Safety, and Health & Safety regulations.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and operational efficiency.

Essential Requirements
- Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate (essential).
- Willingness to work towards a Level 3 Food Hygiene qualification.
- Previous experience working in a busy kitchen environment.
- Strong organisational skills and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and service delivery.
