Operations Manager - Milton Keynes - £60k
Are you a passionate and supportive Operations Manager within the Contract Catering sector who has a passion for providing a 5* service to all your clients, with food to match, whilst also having the ability to drive sales and look after the bottom line? If so, then I want to hear from you.
I am currently recruiting an experienced Operations Manager for an independent Contract Cater who have a strong focus on the quality of their food and development of their people. This role is not for the faint hearted – you will be responsible for 10 very different contracts, each with their own demands and business requirements.

The ideal Operations Manager will have the following knowledge/experience:
- Experience in a senior management role, within Contract Catering
- Great understanding of the client’s needs
- Managed a patch of business with at least 6 sites
- Strong retail business experience, up to date with the latest trends with strong financial acumen
