Pay Range £14.39 - £14.59 per hour (updated with recent pay award)
Hours 28.75 hours per week
Availability Term-time only, Monday–Friday

Head Chef or Kitchen Manager (Grade 6, Permanent)

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and prepare meals meeting high nutrition standards
- Lead, motivate, and performance manage a team
- Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, school-based setting
- Adhere to safeguarding policies for children and vulnerable adults
Essential Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in food preparation/hotel management or similar
- Ability to lead a team efficiently under pressure
- Confidence in daily operational management
- Commitment to safeguarding principles
