Catering Supervisor – Compass Group UK&I & Restaurant Associates
We’re recruiting an experienced Catering Supervisor who is passionate about exceptional food and world-class customer service, and who can confidently oversee Compass Group UK&I catering and service operations for Restaurant Associates on a full-time basis (37.5 hours per week).
About the Role
As a Catering Supervisor, you will oversee the smooth operation of our kitchens and service counters, helping to deliver truly incredible food experiences. Typical Shift Pattern
- Monday to Friday: Full-time (Day shifts)
- Saturday & Sunday: Available as required

- Preparing delicious food to the highest standards
- Supervising culinary and catering teams to ensure impeccable food and customer service
- Regularly communicating with your line manager to monitor KPIs and targets
- Representing Compass Group UK&I and maintaining a positive brand image
- Liaising between customers and culinary/service teams to exceed expectations
- Supporting and training teams, with a focus on leading from the front
- Implementing and monitoring Health & Safety standards to ensure compliance
Ideal Candidate Qualifications
The perfect candidate will be:
- Passionate about great-tasting food and exceptional customer service
- Possess a minimum of two years’ catering experience
- Experienced in managing teams in a similarly demanding role
- Hold a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
- Demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills
- Be an ambitious and motivated individual always looking to upskill
